Refund and Returns Policy

At Australian Paving Centre, we’re committed to providing you with high-quality products and exceptional service. We understand that sometimes, a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. That’s why we have a straightforward and transparent refund and returns policy. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and have peace of mind knowing that you can return or exchange your product if needed. Our goal is to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible, so you can shop with confidence.

  • APC processes all orders between 1-2 business days, excluding holiday periods. Please choose carefully as refunds cannot always be given after an order has been placed for change of mind or specialty orders.
  • Product returns must be approved by the Sales & Operations Manager. All product returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus freight costs to return. Substantially unpacked orders from the original packaging will not be accepted.
  • You acknowledge that once the products have been installed, you shall be deemed to have accepted the products. APC shall not be liable for the cost of removing products that have been installed.
  • If for some reason the items in your order are damaged, incorrect or faulty, APC will replace the affected products. Liability does not extend to costs relating to lifting and re-laying of products.
  • To be eligible for an exchange you must be the full paying and invoiced customer. If you did not purchase the items, you are not eligible for an exchange. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
  • Specialty orders, non-stock items and made to order (MTO) products must be paid in full prior to APC ordering. APC accept no returns or refunds on specialty, non-stock or made to order products under any circumstances. These orders take time to produce & sometimes take longer than anticipated to receive, therefore careful consideration must be taken to understand refunds will not be accepted for change of mind or because they have taken longer to produce than anticipated.
  • Claims for damaged or faulty goods must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • To make a return or exchange, you will need to obtain a return authorisation, please contact APC to do so.

TRADING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Product returns are subject to our credit policy, including a 25% restock fee plus freight. Claims for damaged or faulty products must be made within 7 days. Specialty orders are credited at our discretion.
  2. A handling charge may apply.
  3. Goods remain the property of the vendor until paid in full.
  4. Goods are at the purchaser’s risk from the moment of delivery. No responsibility is taken for goods delivered to unattended sites.
  5. STRICTLY full payment before delivery.
  6. Vendor liability for products is limited, at our option, to replacement of products or parts thereof. Liability does not extend to costs relating to lifting and re-laying of products.
  7. Goods not paid in full may be recovered from the purchaser at our discretion without notice.
  8. The purchaser shall have no cause of action against, or right to claim from, the vendor for any loss or damage caused directly by a defect in material or workmanship, or by default or negligence on the part of the vendor, its servants, contractors, or agents.
  9. Vendor accepts no liability for over- or under-calculation of product quantities made on behalf of the purchaser. We do not accept returns for leftover product and accept no liability if the purchaser runs out of product.
  10. Vendor accepts no liability for damage if directed to drive over existing concrete or paving.
  11. We endeavour to ensure that the colour and texture of the product match the display. However, due to the natural materials used and the manufacturing process, some variation is inherent. Variation is minimised by blending when laying and, for large orders, by purchasing at one time.
  12. Best Price Promise: APC will beat any competitor’s price on the same or similar product. Excludes trade sales, second-grade or stock liquidations, private home sales, and commercial quantities in SA.
  13. APC relies upon the information supplied by tradies. Please ensure you sight their current builder’s licence and confirm they are insured to carry out the quoted and installed work.
